Angeles ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​‌⁠Meow Time is a cat cafe on the second floor of the MB Building on Arayat Boulevard in Barangay Pampang, Angeles City, next to City College of Angeles. It shares the building with a Japanese bento shop run by the same owner on the ground floor, where visitors place their orders before going upstairs. The upper floor holds a small waiting area and a separate cat room with the resident cats. There is no entrance fee, but each visitor must order a drink to enter the cat room, socks are required, and stays may be limited to 30 minutes when the room is busy. The menu covers bento boxes, rice meals, pasta, snacks, cakes and drinks. The cafe also sells cat treats, cat-safe cakes for pets and cat care products.

Iloilo City

Uno ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌​​​⁠Cat Café & Restaurant is a cat cafe and full-service restaurant on the second floor of the Greenfield Complex on Diversion Road in Mandurriao, Iloilo City, close to the Iloilo Business Park and SM City Iloilo. Opened in December 2023 as the city's first cat cafe, it keeps its cats, which include British Shorthairs, Maine Coons, Sphynx and other pedigree breeds, in a separate glass-walled cat room next to the dining area. Diners who meet a minimum order per person can enter the cat room for a short session in small groups. In September 2026 the cafe added a pet room with other small animals such as rabbits, hamsters and hedgehogs and now calls itself a full pet cafe. The menu is large, with Filipino, Spanish, Italian and American dishes including pasta, pizza, steaks and seafood, plus coffee and other drinks. It is open daily.

Angeles, Pampanga

Coffee ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​⁠Cat is a cat cafe in Paradise Compound off Camia Road in Barangay Cutcut, Angeles City, a short walk from CIP Academy. Opened in 2018, it bills itself as the first cat cafe in Pampanga. The space is split into a cafe room, a room for private events and a cat room where visitors can sit with resident cats of several breeds. Entry to the cat room is linked to a purchase in the cafe, and cat food can be bought to feed the cats. Guests are asked not to lift the cats and to pet them gently. The kitchen serves Filipino dishes such as kare-kare alongside pasta, pizza, sandwiches, desserts, coffee and other drinks, in generous portions. The cafe also hosts parties and children's painting workshops and sells cat-themed merchandise. It is closed on Mondays.

Dasmarinas, Cavite

Angel's ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌​​⁠Cat Cafe is a rescue cat cafe in the JMAR Building on Dominador Mangubat Boulevard in Burol Main, Dasmariñas, Cavite, close to Emilio Aguinaldo College, De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute and De La Salle University-Dasmariñas. Opened in 2022, it is home to about 14 resident cats, many of them rescued puspins (Philippine domestic cats), and the owners also feed, rescue, neuter and vaccinate strays in the area. Some of the cats are available for adoption, and more than 60 have been rehomed. There is no separate entry fee for the cat lounge: guests order from the menu of cat-themed coffee drinks, waffles, pasta and all-day breakfast and spend time with the cats, which wander among the tables. Visitors are asked to bring their own socks. The cafe is popular with students and is open daily until midnight.

Cat ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​⁠Sanctuary Cafe is a rescue cat cafe in Litex Village, Barangay San Jose, in Rodriguez (Montalban), Rizal. It is run alongside Frosty Tales, a rescue that started with a single cat and now cares for more than 100 rescued cats, and part of the cafe's income pays for their food, vitamins and veterinary care. Guests eat and drink in the cafe and can book short, paid interaction sessions with the cats, which live in catios on site; house rules put the cats' health first. The menu includes coffee, other drinks, burgers, rice meals and desserts, and there are board and card games to borrow. Several of the rescued cats are listed for adoption, and visitors can also donate or volunteer. Parking is available, and the cafe is open daily in the afternoon and evening.

Catpuccino ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​⁠Coffee House is a neighborhood cat cafe on Capistrano Street in Barangay Hagonoy, Taguig, beside JGF Place. It has no entrance fee: visitors order something from the menu and can then spend up to two hours with the resident cats. The cats roam freely through the whole cafe rather than living in a separate room, so they climb the wall shelves and join guests at the tables, which suits visitors who want close contact. The menu covers coffee, non-coffee drinks, pizza and other snacks, and the cafe keeps board games and cat toys for guests to use. Walk-ins and reservations are both accepted. The cafe opens in the afternoon and evening from Wednesday to Sunday and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Opened in September 2025, it is home to a group of resident cats that roam the room and approach guests for attention. Visitors can pay an entrance fee for an hour of play with the cats, simply order from the menu and relax in the cafe, or do both. The menu covers coffee, matcha, pastries, fries, rice meals and pasta. Walk-ins are welcome and reservations can be made by message, which helps on busy days because space in the cat area is limited. The cafe also hosts birthday parties, paint-and-chill sessions and matcha latte classes, and it is open every day.

Manila

Nekohige ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌⁠Cafe is a Japanese-style cat cafe on the second floor of a building at the corner of Vicente Cruz and Dapitan streets in Sampaloc, Manila, a few minutes from the University of Santo Tomas in the University Belt. About six resident cats roam the room and are used to sitting on laps; toys and treats are provided for playing with them. There is no entrance fee, and guests simply order from the menu, which focuses on Japanese rice bowls such as oyakodon, tonkatsu and chicken teriyaki, teriyaki buns, and matcha and coffee drinks. With free Wi-Fi, a restroom and long opening hours, it is popular with students who come to study between classes. The cafe is open every day from late morning until late evening and also delivers food through ride-hailing apps.

Alfonso, Cavite

Caca ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌⁠Cat Café is a small cat cafe on the second floor above Maku's Ramen on Amuyong Road in Alfonso, Cavite, a short drive west of Tagaytay and near the Twin Lakes development. Opened at the end of 2024 as the first cat cafe in Alfonso, it has a cozy, homey room where resident cats, many of them fluffy long-haired breeds such as Persians, roam among the tables. There is no entrance fee: each guest orders at least one item from the menu of specialty coffee, milk tea, cheesecakes, pizza toast and pasta, and staff explain the house rules on arrival, such as not picking up the cats. Treats can be bought to feed the cats, and board games and sketchpads are on hand. Children aged 8 and under are not allowed. The cafe is closed on Tuesdays, and a second branch operates on the Tagaytay-Amadeo Road.

Paranaque, Metro Manila

Coterie ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​​​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌⁠Cat Cafe is a cat cafe, workspace and events venue on Aguirre Avenue in BF Homes, Parañaque, the restaurant strip of the subdivision. Opened in December 2025, it bills itself as a home of rare cats: most of its resident cats, more than 20 of them, are purebreds, several of which are shown at World Cat Federation shows. The cafe and the cat area are separate. Anyone can order coffee, matcha, pastries and light meals in the cafe and stay to work, while the cat area is entered for a fee in 30-minute sessions with a cap of about ten guests at a time. Visitors disinfect their hands and remove their shoes before entering, and cat treats can be bought to feed the cats. The cafe is open every day until late evening, and the space can be booked for private events and gatherings.

General Trias, Cavite

Purrfectly ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​⁠Chills is a small cat cafe in a house on Rizal Street in the Heroes Town subdivision, Pasong Kawayan II, General Trias, Cavite. Its resident cats roam freely through the dining area, and guests can pet and play with them while they eat. The cafe has a pink-lit interior with a videoke machine and card games, and the menu covers coffee drinks such as Vietnamese latte, ice cream, burger steak and other rice meals and snacks. There is no separate cat lounge or entry fee; visitors simply order from the menu. The space is small and parking on the subdivision street is limited, and recent visitors have reported mixed impressions of upkeep. It is open every day from late morning until 11 PM.

Panglao, Bohol

Bohol ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌⁠Cat Cafe is a cat cafe on the ground floor of the Bohol Coastal View Hotel in Tawala, Panglao, on a hillside about 10 minutes by car from Bohol-Panglao International Airport and a short ride from Alona Beach. It first opened in 2024 in Totolan, Dauis, near the Dauis bridge from Tagbilaran, and was taken over by the hotel, which moved it to its own premises. Visitors buy a ticket at the hotel front desk and can then sit with the cafe's cats, which include long-haired and other pedigree breeds, while ordering coffee, smoothies, snacks and light meals. Visitors wear socks or disposable foot covers in the cat area. The entrance fee is consumable on food and drinks, and the cafe often runs promotions with free entry above a minimum order. Hotel guests and walk-in visitors are both welcome, and the hotel runs a scheduled shuttle to Alona Beach.
