Purrfect Brews
Dumaguete, Negros Oriental
Purrfect Brews is a specialty coffee shop with resident cats in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, and describes itself as the city's first cat cafe. In mid-2026 it moved from Upper Boni Catarata Street in Batinguel to the second floor of the Tañon Building on Valencia Drive in Daro, along the North National Highway across from a Seaoil station. The cats live in a separate cat room, and guests who order at least a set minimum from the menu can spend about an hour inside with them; staff explain the rules for handling the cats before entry. Visitors who prefer not to be around cats can stay in the main cafe. The menu covers specialty coffee, shakes, snacks and sandwiches, and the cafe has free Wi-Fi and stays open late, which makes it popular with students. It is open daily until midnight.

Check each cafe's website for current hours, booking requirements and age restrictions before visiting.
