Hello Meow Cafe is a community cat cafe on Maharlika Highway in Barangay Magsaysay Sur, Cabanatuan City, near the Rural Bank of San Leonardo. Opened in August 2022 as the first cat cafe in Nueva Ecija, it pairs an air-conditioned dining area with a separate cat lounge where visitors spend time with the resident cats, with stays counted in one-hour blocks. To enter the lounge each person orders a drink, and socks and a face mask are required; walk-ins and reservations are both accepted. Part of the cafe's sales goes to feeding and rescuing homeless cats, supporting the local kapon (spay and neuter) program and donating to cat rescuers in the province. The menu runs from coffee, waffles and desserts to ramen, pasta, rice meals and cocktails. The cafe has wifi and a laptop area, and outside cats are not allowed in the lounge.
