Angeles Meow Time Cat Café
Angeles Meow Time is a cat cafe on the second floor of the MB Building on Arayat Boulevard in Barangay Pampang, Angeles City, next to City College of Angeles. It shares the building with a Japanese bento shop run by the same owner on the ground floor, where visitors place their orders before going upstairs. The upper floor holds a small waiting area and a separate cat room with the resident cats. There is no entrance fee, but each visitor must order a drink to enter the cat room, socks are required, and stays may be limited to 30 minutes when the room is busy.
