Home to nearly 100 rescued cats, it offers free entry with all proceeds from food and drink purchases going toward cat care and adoption. Guests can interact freely with the cats, order coffee and food, and even apply to foster a cat during their stay in Bali. Adoption and fostering services are available.

Ubud, Bali

Cat ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌‌​​⁠Cafe Ubud is a cat cafe on Jalan Raya Pengosekan in Ubud, Bali, in the Pengosekan area south of the town centre. A group of resident cats lives among the tables, and the cafe serves coffee, tea, juice and snacks. It opens from 11 AM to 6 PM, with last orders at 5:30 PM, every day except Tuesday, and payment is cash only.

Cat ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​​‌⁠Cafe & Cat Boarding Sanur is a cat cafe and cat boarding business on Jalan Danau Buyan in Sanur, on Bali's south-east coast. The resident cats are rescues, and they share a calm cafe space with guests, who can sit with them over drinks and snacks. Entry costs around 70,000 IDR including one drink (2026), and children must be at least 6 years old. The boarding side looks after cats while their owners travel. The cafe opens daily from 10 AM to 8 PM.

Lembang, West Java

Neo ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌​​​​​‌​⁠Cat Cafe is a cat cafe inside the Lembang Park & Zoo complex, in the hills of West Bandung Regency north of Bandung. It is home to dozens of cats of various breeds, including Munchkins, Sphynxes and Exotic Shorthairs, and has a separate dining area and an interactive cat lounge where visitors can play with the cats. Light snacks and drinks are served.

Depok, West Java

Bilik ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​‌⁠Kucing Cat Cafe is a cat cafe on Jalan K.H.M. Usman in Kukusan, Beji, close to the Universitas Indonesia campus in Depok. The cat room is upstairs on the second floor, and entry costs around 25,000 IDR for adults and 15,000 IDR for children (2026). The cafe also rehomes cats, and adoptions and visits can be arranged through its Instagram account. It is popular with students and opens from 12 PM to 9 PM, Tuesday to Sunday.

Canggu, Bali

Omah ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​⁠Neko is a Maine Coon cat cafe on Jalan Subak Daksina in Tibubeneng, Canggu, Bali, run by Muliacoon Cattery Bali, a Maine Coon breeder, whose name its Instagram account carries. Visitors order from the cafe menu and relax with the big Maine Coons, and the cafe describes itself as safe for children. Cats from the cattery are also available to new homes, so visitors can meet a future pet there. It opens from 10 AM to 6 PM every day except Monday.

Denpasar, Bali

Rumah ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌⁠Kucing Freya is a cat cafe in the Smart Resident complex on Jalan Tukad Balian in Renon, Denpasar. About 21 cats live there, among them Maine Coons, Himalayans, Persians and local cats, in two air-conditioned cat rooms and a semi-outdoor rooftop catio, and many climb straight onto visitors' laps. An entrance fee applies; in 2025 it was around 50,000 IDR including a drink, with no time limit. There is a short food and drink menu and fast Wi-Fi. It opens from 12 PM to 7 PM Tuesday to Friday and from 10 AM to 7 PM at weekends, and is closed on Mondays.

Gili, West Nusa Tenggara

Cats ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​⁠of Gili Meowquarters is the base of Cats of Gili, a non-profit founded in 2013 to care for the cats of the Gili Islands, on Jalan Ikan Nautilus on Gili Trawangan. It is a cat rescue and rehabilitation centre with a charity shop rather than a typical cat cafe: visitors can meet the rescued cats that are recovering or waiting for homes, learn about the group's sterilisation and veterinary work on the three islands, and buy merchandise whose proceeds fund the project. Adoption is possible, and volunteers and donations are welcome. It opens from 11 AM to 4 PM and is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Jakarta

Kopi ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​​​​​​‌​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​⁠Cat Cafe by Groovy in Kemang is the original branch of a cat cafe chain run by the Groovy pet care group, which also has cafes in Bintaro and Surabaya. It is on Jalan Kemang Selatan VIII in Bangka, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta. Around 20 to 30 cats live in the air-conditioned cafe, among them Maine Coons, Sphynx, Munchkins and Persians; all are vaccinated and groomed, and each has a profile on the cafe's website. Visits are by reservation only and charged by the hour: in 2026 entry cost 65,000 IDR per person per hour on weekdays and 75,000 IDR at weekends and on public holidays, with food and drinks extra. Cat snacks can be bought to feed the cats, house rules apply, and regulars can join a membership scheme with discounts. The cafe opens from 11 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 9 PM at weekends.

South Tangerang, Banten

Kopi ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​⁠Cat Cafe by Groovy in Bintaro is on the third floor of the Groovy Pet Store in the Ruko Victorian shophouse block on Jalan Bintaro Utama 3A, Sektor 3A, in South Tangerang. Opened in 2017, it was the first Kopi Cat Cafe, run by the Groovy pet services company, which later added branches in Kemang and Surabaya. Around 20 cats of many breeds live there permanently, among them British Shorthairs, Maine Coons, Persians, Munchkins and Scottish Folds, looked after by dedicated staff and checked by Groovy Vetcare vets. Entry costs Rp 65,000 per person per hour on weekdays and Rp 75,000 at weekends and on public holidays; food and drinks are extra and optional, outside food is not allowed, and toddlers who cannot walk yet enter free. Visits are booked by the hour on the website, with up to 10 guests at a time. It opens from 11 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 9 PM at weekends and on public holidays.

Gili, West Nusa Tenggara

LUNI ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌⁠Lombok Cat Cafe, Shop and Veterinary Clinic is located on Gili Trawangan, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. Situated on one of the three Gili Islands, this unique cafe is run by LUNI Lombok, an organization dedicated to the welfare of island cats through sterilization, vaccination, rescue, and rehoming programs. Visitors are welcome to interact and play with both kittens and adult cats in a relaxed setting. All proceeds from the cafe go directly toward supporting the needs of the island cat population. Cats here are available for adoption. The cafe is part of a broader mission to care for every animal on the Gili Islands.

It is home to more than 20 cats, most of them rescues, in a calm room where visitors can sit, play and read. Entry costs around 30,000 IDR per person with no time limit (2026), and light snacks are sold on site; the coffee shop that used to operate downstairs has closed. Weekend visits are booked through a direct message on Instagram. The lounge is closed on Wednesdays.
