There is no entry ticket; donations are welcome, as are blankets, towels, cat milk replacer, worm treatments, toys and treats, and cats can be sponsored. Visiting hours are Tuesday to Sunday, roughly 10 AM to 4 PM with a midday break, and the shelter is closed on Mondays.
