Telizzia Cat Café
Telizzia Cat Café is a cafe in Parque Batlle, Montevideo, on Avenida Luis Ponce near the park and the Centenario stadium. Opened in June 2021, it was Montevideo's first cat cafe. The upper floor is a cat lounge with more than ten rescued cats, all from Bastet, a local organisation that rescues and treats abused and abandoned cats and runs the adoptions; anyone interested writes to Bastet with the cat's name. The ground floor has two cat-free rooms with power sockets and fast internet for visitors with allergies, groups or remote work. The menu covers home-style food, carrot cake, alfajores and merienda sets for two, along with specialty coffee, and there is an online shop for whole cakes and accessories. No reservation is needed and the cafe opens every day from morning to evening. It is run by partners Marti and Mati.

Adrianuzca's Cat Café

Opened in December 2017, it was the first cat cafe in Uruguay. Café con Gatos

Gatogasinos Cat Café

Gatogasinos is Rosario's first cat cafe, opened in November 2022 by holistic therapist Cecilia Mansilla and moved in August 2026 from Barrio Abasto to a new home at San Juan 1633 in central Rosario. The atmosphere is kept calm, with relaxing music and aromatherapy, and visitors are asked to respect the cats' rhythms. Instead of timed sessions, guests buy a set snack combination and stay with the cats while they eat.
