QRF 火之神 is a small ground-floor Japanese-style restaurant at the southern end of Tung Choi Street, the Ladies' Market street in Mong Kok, about five minutes on foot from Mong Kok MTR Station Exit E2. Around eight to ten resident cats wander freely among the tables, including Ragdolls and other pedigree breeds, and kittens are sometimes present. There is no entry fee or time charge: each guest orders at least one item, with a low minimum spend, and can then stay and pet the cats that come over. Neko Kinpa 猫金波 is a Japanese izakaya with resident cats on the 3rd floor of Mira Place 1 on Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, a few minutes from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. It opened in early 2026 in the unit formerly used by the Maha Cats lounge. The restaurant is divided into a cat area and a cat-free area, plus an outdoor terrace; before entering the cat area guests wash their hands and have their shoes sanitised.
