Neko Kinpa 猫金波 is a Japanese izakaya with resident cats on the 3rd floor of Mira Place 1 on Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, a few minutes from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. It opened in early 2026 in the unit formerly used by the Maha Cats lounge. The restaurant is divided into a cat area and a cat-free area, plus an outdoor terrace; before entering the cat area guests wash their hands and have their shoes sanitised. Several cats live there, and guests can play with them using toys while they eat. The menu covers skewers, sashimi, seafood cups, fried dishes, sake and cocktails. Dogs are welcome in the dining area, and the owners occasionally hold cat adoption days and pet-themed events.
