Cats Tea Room 貓之茶房 Mong Kok

Cats Tea Room's Mong Kok branch is a cat cafe on the first floor of 60 Bute Street, near Pioneer Centre, about four minutes on foot from Mong Kok MTR Station Exit B3 or Prince Edward Station Exit B2. It belongs to a local chain founded in 2014 whose cats are all adopted former strays, and the chain gives supplies and part of its income to stray cat volunteers and rescue groups. Many of the cats can be adopted, and prospective adopters may visit them free of charge. Visits are charged by the hour, with a weekday all-day option, and include free-flow coffee and tea. There is no kitchen, so takeaway food may be brought in; cakes, cat treats and teaser toys are sold at the counter, and board games and comics are available. Cats may not be picked up, and children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
