Around fifteen resident cats live in the cafe, and visitors spend time with them over coffee and simple drinks in a quiet, homely room. The cafe reopened after a renewal in July 2026 and now stays open into the evening, later on Fridays, Saturdays and the day before a public holiday. The same owner also runs Sanuki Neko in Utazu, Kagawa, which took over the premises of a cat cafe that closed at the end of 2025. ANELLA CAFE Okayama Senoo is a rescue dog and cat cafe in Senoo, in the south of Okayama, about 21 minutes on foot from JR Senoo Station on the Uno Line, with parking on site. Part of the nationwide ANELLA chain, it is mainly a dog cafe, but rescued cats also live here and visitors can spend time with both while the animals wait for new families. Adoptions are arranged through ANELLA's own process. Visits are charged per 30 minutes, with lower rates for elementary school children, seniors and visitors with disabilities, and preschoolers enter free. The cafe is open every day and also offers grooming. Like other ANELLA branches it is a welfare workplace where staff with disabilities help care for the animals.

It is run alongside a veterinary practice, and the same group offers pet hotel and grooming services. A cafe serving coffee, lattes, cakes and soft-serve ice cream is separated by glass from the cat room, where more than ten rescued cats live while they wait for adoption.
