MARKICIA Kocia Kawiarnia
Elblag, Warminsko Mazurskie
MARKICIA is a cat cafe on ul. Rybacka in Elbląg's Old Town, opposite St Nicholas Cathedral. Owner Marta Piankowska opened it in February 2025 in a 130-square-metre space, and it is a foster home for about ten to twelve cats waiting for adoption, mostly from the Burasek foundation in Gdynia, with others from Elbląg groups such as Koty z Działek and Stowarzyszenie DaKota. Visitors are encouraged to meet a cat several times before adopting it. Guests ring a bell and staff open the door so no cat slips out, and the cats have a separate room where they can retreat. The cafe serves coffee, tea, cakes and seasonal drinks, has board games, puzzles and books, and shows work by local artists. Children aged 8 and over can visit every day, younger children on set family days, and a reservation is advised at busy times.

Kotkowe LOVE
Rumia, Pomeranian
Kotkowe LOVE is a small cat cafe on ul. Kościelna in Rumia, a town between Gdynia and Wejherowo. It opened on 13 March 2026 and is home to two resident ginger cats, Tofi and Mamut, who wander among the tables and come up to guests. The cafe serves coffee, iced drinks, sparkling lemonades and large slices of homemade cake such as basque cheesecake, honey cake, pistachio cheesecake and lemon meringue tart. Board games and colouring books are available, and the room is kept quiet and clean for the cats. It is closed on Mondays.
Haunted Villa Cat Cafe
Sopot, Pomeranian
Haunted Villa Cat Cafe is a gothic-themed cat cafe on al. Niepodległości in Sopot, opened in summer 2026. Five resident cats, long-haired Siberians, live in the cafe and come up to guests and settle next to them. The dark interior is decorated like a haunted villa, and a handmade album introduces each cat with its own story. Drinks carry themed names, such as a witchy matcha, alongside coffee and a short list of desserts. The cafe also hosts small events such as book evenings. It is calm and quiet, and visitors are asked to let the cats decide on contact.
Herbaciarnia Kocie Oczy
Lodz
Herbaciarnia Kocie Oczy is a tea room with resident cats in a courtyard off ul. Piotrkowska 25, at the northern end of Łódź's main street near Plac Wolności. Open for about twelve years, it is the only place of its kind in the city and the permanent home of six female cats, who move freely between the guest room and resting places out of reach, so they can choose when to make contact. The interior resembles a grandmother's flat, full of trinkets, crocheted doilies, old furniture and cat motifs. The menu lists dozens of teas, served in house-shaped pots, plus coffee, hot chocolate, apple pie, cheesecake and cat-shaped cookies. Guests enter through a double door that staff open one at a time. The room is small, so there can be a short wait to get in. Weekend sessions for children are run with a cat behaviourist.
Filemon Kocia Kawiarnia
Starogard Gdanski, Pomeranian
Filemon is a cat cafe on ul. Hallera in the centre of Starogard Gdański, opened in March 2020 as the first cat cafe in the area. It is a foster home run with the Filemon association: the cats living in the cafe are rescues waiting for adoption, often young cats a few months old, and the team guides adopters through the whole process, from meeting a cat to taking it home. The cafe serves coffee, teas, lemonades and cakes baked every morning. Visitors must not pick up, wake or feed the cats, and only the cafe's toys may be used. From Monday to Saturday children aged 8 to 12 can visit with a compulsory table reservation; on Sundays children from age 5 are welcome, with at most five children in the room. Tables can be booked online, and staff may ask for proof of a child's age.

Kocia Kawiarnia MRRR & MIAU
Zdunska Wola, Lodzkie
MRRR & MIAU is a cat cafe on ul. Łaska in the centre of Zduńska Wola, a town in Łódź Voivodeship west of Łódź. Six resident cats act as hosts; they are calm, well groomed and happy to approach guests. The cafe serves hot and iced coffee, cold drinks in summer, hot chocolate and teas in winter, and cakes supplied by a local patisserie. Mugs printed with photos of the cats are sold as souvenirs. The room is quiet and suited to a slow coffee in the cats' company. It opens at noon from Monday to Saturday and in the afternoon on Sundays.
Catpuccino
Wielun, Lodzkie
Catpuccino is the first cat cafe in Wieluń, at the corner of ul. Wojska Polskiego and ul. Kopernika in the town centre. Opened in 2025 by Sylwia Niedźwiecka-Łebek and her husband, it is home to five resident female cats, Jadzia, Madzia, Tola, Pola and Danusia. Guests enter through a double door and are asked to read the house rules before going in, as the cats' safety and comfort come first. The cafe serves coffee, including Chemex filter coffee, matcha, shakes and homemade cakes, and has books and board games, which makes it popular for quiet study. A board with photos of rescue cats from local volunteers helps them find homes. It is open from Tuesday to Sunday.
Check each cafe's website for current hours, booking requirements and age restrictions before visiting.
