Rescue Dog & Cat Cafe Tsumugi is an adoption-focused rescue cafe on the third floor of a building in Kameino, Fujisawa, three minutes on foot from the east exit of Rokkai-Nichidaimae Station on the Odakyu Line. Opened in May 2026, it is run by the nonprofit Link to, founded by veterinarians, with veterinary students volunteering on a rota and medical support from a veterinary hospital group. The rescued dogs and cats here are looking for adopters. The cafe opens on Saturdays and Sundays only, and no reservation is needed. Entry is a flat fee, with a lower price for junior and senior high school students, and children of elementary school age and younger enter free with a guardian. Rescue Cat Cafe Nekoiro is a rescue and adoption cafe in Kokufushinshuku, Oiso, a five-minute walk from the Kokufu-Shinshuku or Amenomori bus stops, which are served by Kanachu buses from Oiso, Ninomiya and Hiratsuka stations. Nekosabo Goto is a small, calm cat cafe in Ichinomiya, Samukawa, five minutes on foot from Samukawa Station on the JR Sagami Line. It is home to four cats, three of them rescues, led by Charlie, the cafe's cat manager. Visits are built around 90-minute sets: a tea set with a cat-shaped mini pancake and a drink, a draft beer and snack set, or a light meal set with dishes such as a hot dog, hamburg curry or mapo tofu. Extensions are available, groups of three or more receive a discount, and cat treats are included. Preschool children are not admitted, and elementary school children must come with an adult. The cafe opens in the afternoon and evening from Thursday to Sunday, and sudden closures are announced on X.

Neko no March is a rescue cat salon on the second floor of a building in Sagamihara, Chuo Ward, two to three minutes on foot from JR Sagamihara Station. Every cat is a rescue available for adoption, and adoption involves an application, a meeting, a written pledge, a two-week trial and an adoption fee.
