Rescue Dog & Cat Cafe Tsumugi is an adoption-focused rescue cafe on the third floor of a building in Kameino, Fujisawa, three minutes on foot from the east exit of Rokkai-Nichidaimae Station on the Odakyu Line. Opened in May 2026, it is run by the nonprofit Link to, founded by veterinarians, with veterinary students volunteering on a rota and medical support from a veterinary hospital group.
