Wildflower Studio
Wildflower Studio is an art jamming studio and rescue cat lounge in Enabling Village on Lengkok Bahru, a short walk from Redhill MRT. Working with cat rescuers, it fosters, rehabilitates and socialises community cats, which live in the studio alongside a few permanent residents and meet the public through art jamming sessions in the hope of finding adopters. Since 2021 it has fostered more than 500 cats and rehomed over 400. Visitors book semi-guided art jams or shorter relaxed painting sessions among the cats, with materials provided, and can feed and photograph the cats. The cats have a midday nap break, when sessions pause, and children must be at least 5 and come with a paying adult. The studio also hosts private parties and workshops, offers memberships, and takes its cats to feline-assisted programmes with partners such as the Institute of Mental Health, SHINE and Stroke Support Station.
