Meomi Cat Cafe

The Cat Cafe

The Cat Cafe is Singapore's longest-running cat cafe, open since 2014 on the third floor of a shophouse on Victoria Street in Bugis, about two minutes on foot from Exit C of Bugis MRT. There is no lift. It is home to 13 resident cats, all former strays adopted from local shelters, ranging from young cats to seniors who have lived at the cafe since it opened. The cats are permanent residents and are not offered for adoption. Entry is charged per two-hour visit and includes a canned drink, with day passes also available, and the counter serves coffee, tea, hot meals, pastries and desserts. Visitors of all ages are welcome, and children under 12 must be supervised by an adult. The cafe also runs art jamming sessions with the cats and hosts birthdays, proposals and small solemnisations. Its second outlet at The Rail Mall closed in 2026.
Wildflower Studio

Wildflower Studio is an art jamming studio and rescue cat lounge in Enabling Village on Lengkok Bahru, a short walk from Redhill MRT. NekoTown Cat Cafe

NekoTown Cat Cafe is a cat lounge at Mandai Wildlife WEST, on the walkway in front of the Bird Paradise entrance in the Mandai Wildlife Reserve. It sits outside the gated parks, so no wildlife park ticket is needed. Around 28 resident cats live here, mostly pedigree breeds such as British Shorthairs, British Longhairs, Ragdolls and Munchkins. Visitors book or walk in for sessions of 30 minutes, one hour or two hours, with lower weekday rates, and each ticket includes a drink or ice cream to collect afterwards; food and drink are not consumed in the cat room. Children under two enter free, and children 12 and under must be supervised by an adult. The Cat Museum, formed in 2014 and formerly on North Bridge Road in Kampong Glam, now shares the space with Kitten Sanctuary Singapore. Visitors book 90-minute sessions for a donation to spend time with free-roaming rescued cats and learn about cat care and the history of Singapore's cats. From about April to September the sanctuary is full of kittens; the rest of the year around 25 teenage to senior cats live there. All the cats are available for adoption. Visitor numbers are limited, so it is best to book early; every child needs a ticket and must come with an adult, and slots cannot be changed once booked.
