PUB Neko and Highlight
PUB Neko and Highlight is a small evening pub on the ground floor of the Morio Building in Koenji-kita, Suginami, a short walk from the north exit of JR Koenji Station. Its concept is a quiet drink in the company of the pub's resident cats, three at last report, which are kept under a registered animal exhibition licence.
