Haikei Nekosama
Haikei Nekosama is an adoption-focused rescue cat cafe on the third floor of the Veris Build in Asagaya-minami, Suginami. It is about six minutes on foot from JR Asagaya Station and close to Minami-Asagaya Station on the Marunouchi Line. It opened in Koenji in September 2020 and later moved to Asagaya, where it also runs the cat goods shop Neko Kizoku. The cats come from the rescue group Little Cats and can be adopted through the cafe's own process. Visits are charged by time and reservations are recommended. Socks are required and perfume is not allowed. Children aged four and over are welcome, with one guardian for each preschool child. The cafe opens in the afternoon, a little earlier on weekends, and is closed on Thursdays. It holds frequent events, and supporters can follow individual cats through its fan club and online salon.
