Jujo Nyankotei
Jujo Nyankotei is a rescue cat cafe in Kamijujo, Kita, about 3 minutes on foot from JR Jujo Station on the Saikyo Line. Opened in October 2025 as the third Tokyo branch of the Nyankotei group, it occupies the second floor of a small building and has a retro, brown-toned interior built around a large wooden cat tower. The resident cats range from kittens to seniors, all rescues waiting for new homes, and the group arranges adoptions through its own foster-parent process and also offers a lifelong-care fostering scheme. Visits are charged by time, with 30-minute, 60-minute and free-time plans, unlimited drinks and automatic extensions; school-age children pay half and preschoolers enter free with a guardian. Socks are required. Part of every admission goes to rescue, TNR and veterinary costs. The cafe is open every day from noon, and bookings can be made through LINE.
