Tokyo Cat Guardian

Tokyo Cat Guardian is a rescue cat cafe located in Toshima City, Tokyo, operated by a dedicated NPO focused on finding loving homes for cats in need. Visitors stepping inside can meet around 100 resident cats roaming freely in a bright, welcoming shelter space designed to help each feline feel at ease. Every cat in the lounge is adoptable, and the organization has facilitated more than 10,000 adoptions over the years alongside extensive spay and neuter efforts. Beyond the cat lounge, the group hosts educational events, foster parent programs, volunteer workshops, and charity initiatives that support rescued animals both locally and in disaster-affected regions. Guests can learn about adoption procedures, contribute through donations, or simply enjoy quiet time with the cats. Tokyo Cat Guardian offers a thoughtful, mission-driven experience for anyone who loves cats and wants to support rescue work.
