There is no obligation to adopt. Adoptions involve a transfer fee that covers medical costs and a required monthly home-care plan. The facility is run by Connect Pet together with the rescue group Nyanhotto and opens from 10 AM to 8 PM on irregular days, with a cat rest hour each afternoon.
