Hogo Neko Cafe Nekotaishi is a rescue cat cafe in Izumi, in central Ichinomiya. The cats are rescued by the NPO hinatabocco, and almost all of them are looking for adoptive families, so the cafe works both as a place to relax with cats and as a way to meet a future pet. Last entry is at 5 PM, and visitors are asked to wear socks. The cafe is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays but opens on public holidays. Opening days are irregular and are announced in the Instagram stories; the space usually opens in the afternoon from 3 PM into the evening.
