Rescue Cat Cafe Keyaki is a small adoption cafe in Kayashimashinwacho, Neyagawa, two minutes on foot from the east exit of Keihan Kayashima Station, with its entrance on the riverside path. Open since March 2018 and run by volunteer staff, it keeps around 10 to 15 rescued cats placed by partner rescue groups in Takatsuki, Ibaraki and elsewhere, including cats from hoarding cases and street litters, all of them up for adoption. Visits are paid in advance for 30 minutes up to two hours, each with one drink, and reservations by phone or LINE take priority, although walk-ins are accepted when there is space. Regular visits are for junior high school students and older, and socks are required. Private hire of the room is available. Adoption requires several visits, an application and screening. The cafe is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays unless they fall on public holidays.

Cat Cafe coco_CAROL is a small neighbourhood cat cafe in Kuroharajonaicho, Neyagawa, in the residential area west of Neyagawa-shi Station on the road towards Moriguchi. It opened in June 2025 and marked its first anniversary in 2026. The cafe has a resident team of cat staff, introduced individually on its social media, and it has collaborated with a local goods maker on charity merchandise featuring one of its cats. Visits are booked in time slots with a minimum stay of 30 minutes, and reservations are made by Instagram direct message with the date, time and number of visitors. Opening hours are late morning to early evening, with last entry 30 minutes before closing, and the cafe is usually closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. It has offered limited-time tickets during the school summer holidays.

SU_NYAN is an adoption-focused rescue cat cafe in Kawakatsucho, Neyagawa, on National Route 170 across from Neyagawa Police Station. It is about 15 minutes on foot from Keihan Neyagawa-shi Station or three minutes from the Keihan Bus stop Hatakitaguchi, and it has a large car park. Open since October 2021, it introduces visitors to rescued cats that are looking for permanent homes, and the fees go towards the cats' food and medical care. Visits are charged by the hour, with a two-hour option and an all-day rate on weekdays, and a lower rate applies for some visitors. Reservations can be made through the website form, or by phone on the same day. Socks are required and payment is cash only. The cafe usually opens from late morning into the evening, with irregular closing days announced in advance. It also holds adoption events and streams live from the cat room.
