The cafe has a resident team of cat staff, introduced individually on its social media, and it has collaborated with a local goods maker on charity merchandise featuring one of its cats. Visits are booked in time slots with a minimum stay of 30 minutes, and reservations are made by Instagram direct message with the date, time and number of visitors. Opening hours are late morning to early evening, with last entry 30 minutes before closing, and the cafe is usually closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
