Royal Cats is a Siberian-only cat cafe in Kichijoji Honcho, Musashino, in the basement of the Santa Fe building about four minutes on foot from Kichijoji Station. It is run together with the Felis Moka cattery, a Siberian breeder that imports its breeding cats from Europe, and the same premises house a Siberian kitten shop and a cat grooming salon. Visitors spend time with large adult Siberians that are used to being held and often climb onto laps, and kittens born to the cafe's resident mother cats are sold to new owners. Visits are charged by the hour and include one drink and cat treats, with a lower rate for visitors who book in advance online or by phone. The breeder advertises that its parent cats test negative for feline coronavirus and are screened for dozens of genetic diseases.
