Neko Home Calico Koenguchi is a small cat lounge in Kichijoji Minamicho, Musashino, on the fourth floor of a building about 30 seconds on foot from the Park (south) Exit of Kichijoji Station. It is the original Cat Cafe Calico, formerly its Kichijoji branch, which renamed itself from a cat cafe to a "neko home" in its 17th year. The resident cats are seniors aged roughly 15 to 18; they are not rescue cats and are not available for adoption. Visits are charged in 10-minute units, with lower rates for students and children. On weekdays it opens in the afternoon with a one-hour break, and on weekends it stays open from early afternoon through the evening. Closing days are irregular and announced on X and at the shop. The company's rescue cat cafe, Calico Kichijoji, is a short walk away on the north side of the station.
