The cafe belongs to the national Rescue Cat Cafe Association. Visits are charged by time and include free drinks, and there is Wi-Fi, power outlets, lockers, and manga and magazines to read. Children of any age may enter with a guardian, and bookings are taken by phone or in person. Visitors can play with the cats using the toys provided, and new toys may be brought in. There is parking for seven cars. The last entry is 30 minutes before closing.
