Liulang Cat Cafe Jingyue
Liulang Mao Ka (Stray Cat Cafe) is a cat cafe in the Fudi Jingyue International shopping and residential complex on Boxue Road, in Changchun's Jingyue district. As the name says, its cats are rescued strays. The room is kept clean, with litter boxes out of sight, and visitors order drinks while the cats roam.
