Crazy Cat Café

Crazy Cat Café is a cat cafe upstairs in the Centre Arcade on Surfers Paradise Boulevard, on the tram side of the building in central Surfers Paradise. Opened in 2016, it is home to 24 resident cats of many breeds, including Devon Rex, which live at the cafe permanently rather than being up for adoption. The cafe and its balcony are separate from the Cat Lounge, so visitors can eat or watch the cats without going in. Cat Lounge visits are booked online in 30 or 60 minute sessions, and food and drinks can be taken into the lounge. A private VIP Paw Lounge can be booked for groups, with the option of requesting a favourite cat. The cafe is fully licensed, serving barista coffee, cakes, meals, milkshakes and cocktails. All ages are welcome, and children 12 and under must be supervised. It is open daily.
