Suita, Osaka

Cat BC is a small rescue cat cafe in Katayamacho, Suita, about 7 minutes on foot from JR Suita Station, in a shop with a red awning on Sangyo-doro. It began as a cat goods shop with free-roaming cats and reopened as a cafe in September 2023. The cats come from a rescue shelter where the owner volunteers, and many are very used to people. Adults can walk in from the afternoon opening, while children of junior high school age and younger can visit only during a reserved family hour on Saturdays before the regular opening.
