Children aged 3 and over are admitted, and children below junior-high age must come with a guardian, up to three per adult. It is open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM (last entry 8:30 PM). There is a drink bar, outside drinks are allowed but outside food is not, and no meals are served. Treats can be bought to give the cats, and visitors are asked not to chase or pick up the cats or use flash.

It has been registered as an animal exhibitor since 2019. Its cats are friendly adults of about one to eight years old, rescued from multi-cat hoarding cases, the street or abandonment. Adopters meet a cat, fill in an application and pass a review, then commit to lifelong indoor care before staff deliver the cat. Visits are by reservation, made up to a week ahead through X, email or Jalan, with up to four guests per hour; the cafe may close on days with no bookings. A one-hour visit costs from ¥1,500 and includes a bottled drink and a cat treat. Visitors must be 10 or older, wear socks and avoid flash. Cat goods by various artists are sold, and the room can be rented for workshops. It is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
