Ghé Coffee Matcha is a small garden cafe with resident cats and a couple of dogs, hidden deep in an alley off Thủ Khoa Huân in Phú Thủy, Phan Thiết. Its tagline invites guests to drop by and play with the cats, since every order helps pay for their kibble and pâté, and the cats and kittens are playful, mischievous and used to people. The space feels like visiting a friend's backyard: an outdoor garden full of trees, with fresh flowers on the tables and mosquito coils set out at each table in the evening. The menu is built around matcha drinks alongside coffee and tea, at prices reviewers call cheap. The alley location takes some finding the first time, but visitors say it is worth the search.
