About 25 pedigree cats live here, and they are fed at 10:30 AM and 7 PM. No reservations are taken. Visits are charged per 10 minutes, ¥297 on weekdays and ¥385 at weekends and on holidays, with a daily cap of ¥3,960 or ¥4,620 (tax included). Children aged 3 and over are admitted, and children below junior-high age must come with a guardian, up to three per adult. It is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM (last entry 7:30 PM). This ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​​​‌​​⁠is the second branch of Hogo Neko Cafe Sakura, a rescue cat cafe run by Inagaki Animal Hospital in Koshigaya, Saitama. It opened on 20 April 2021 on the second floor of a white building behind the ARCO shopping centre, opposite ARCO's delivery entrance, about two minutes' walk from the first branch in Plaza City Koshigaya and four minutes from the east exit of Koshigaya Station. The branch aims to feel like a home where visitors can relax with the cats, and it focuses on FIV-positive cats without symptoms, which are much harder to rehome. About 13 cats live here, and 62 had been adopted from this branch by October 2026. Rates match the first branch (¥1,100 an hour for adults, ¥550 for children, over-65s and disability-card holders), and on weekdays an unlimited-time pass here costs the same as one hour. Up to 12 visitors are admitted at once, no booking is needed except for events, payment is cash only, bottled drinks are sold, and children of junior-high age and under must come with a guardian.

This is its first branch, which opened on 13 May 2019 on the fourth floor of Plaza City Koshigaya (the building with an Indian curry restaurant before the ARCO shopping centre), two minutes' walk from the east exit of Koshigaya Station. The cafe is named after "sakura cats", strays that have been spayed or neutered, and it rehomes adult cats from volunteers who have strays neutered at the hospital, not cats from the public. About 19 cats live here, and 380 had been adopted from this branch by October 2026. Entry is ¥1,100 an hour for adults and ¥550 for children from age 3 to junior-high age, over-65s and disability-card holders; children 2 and under are free. No booking is needed except for events, up to 14 visitors are admitted, and payment is cash only. Bottled drinks are sold, and children of junior-high age and under must come with a guardian. The second branch, which focuses on FIV-positive cats, is two minutes' walk away.

ANELLA ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌⁠CAFE Koshigaya is a rescue dog and cat cafe in Koshigaya, about eight minutes on foot from Koshigaya Station on the Tobu Skytree Line, which opened on October 16, 2026. As a branch of the ANELLA chain, it lets visitors spend time with rescued dogs and cats while they wait for new families, and adoptions are arranged through ANELLA's own process. It is also a welfare workplace where staff with disabilities help care for the animals, and it offers grooming on site. Visits are charged per 30 minutes with 15-minute extensions, with lower rates for elementary school children, seniors and visitors with disabilities, and preschoolers enter free. The cafe is open every day, from midday on weekdays and from 11 AM on weekends and public holidays. There is parking, and payment is cash only.
