Neko Neko is a rescue cat cafe in Fuchucho, Izumi, a short walk from JR Izumi-Fuchu Station on the Hanwa Line. Opened in March 2024 on the second floor of a residential building, it is home to around ten rescued cats who are waiting for adoptive families, and visitors can play with them, offer treats sold at the counter and ask staff about adopting. Visits are charged per 30, 60 or 90 minutes, with a short extension rate after that; children of junior high school age and under pay half, and children aged three and under enter free. Visitors may bring their own drinks, socks must be worn, and young children play under a guardian's supervision. The cafe is closed on Wednesdays and on the second and fourth Saturdays. It also offers cat boarding, and paid parking is available nearby.

Cat Cafe Coorikuya Izumi is a branch of the nationwide Neko Kissa Coorikuya cat cafe chain in Ikegamicho, Izumi, about 8 minutes on foot from Shinodayama Station on the JR Hanwa Line. It occupies the third floor of the Coo&RIKU pet shop building, and the chain describes this branch as one of its more spacious, laid out so guests and cats can relax at a comfortable distance. The cats are mostly young, people-friendly purebreds supplied through the group's pet shop business. Visits are charged per 30 or 60 minutes or as a free-time pass, with an all-you-can-drink drink bar included; cat treats are sold separately, and Wi-Fi and charging are free. Reservations are not taken. Children under three enter free, and children below junior high school age must come with an adult. The cafe is open every day, and parking is available on site.
