nekocafe macaron is a cat cafe in Minamiyana, Hadano, about ten minutes on foot from Tokai-Daigakumae Station on the Odakyu Line. Opened in 2024, it has cats of various breeds and serves drinks and macaron desserts, with a minimum of one drink per person. Visits are charged in 30-minute, one-hour and two-hour blocks, with the same price for children, and a free-time option is available. Walk-ins are welcome, and reservations can be made by phone, through Instagram or on Hot Pepper. Children aged one and up are admitted, and those under 12 must come with a guardian. Socks are required. The 11-seat cafe sells original cat-design goods, donates part of its sales to rescue-cat work and offers free Wi-Fi and phone chargers. Closing days change monthly and are posted on Instagram and Google. There is no car parking.

Cat Cafe Coorikuya Hadano is a cat cafe in Ochiai, Hadano, attached to a Coo&RIKU pet shop that opened in 2022, about 12 minutes by car from Odakyu Hadano Station. It is part of the chain's network of more than 70 cat cafes, and its cats are purebreds such as Munchkins. Visits are charged by time, with a drink bar included, and a free-time plan is available. Children under three enter free, and children under junior high school age must come with an adult relative. Outside food is not allowed, cat treats can be bought, and flash photography is not permitted. The cafe opens every day from late morning, and earlier at weekends and on holidays.

Opened in September 2026, it works with the rescue group Odawara Cat Aid, and adoption involves a questionnaire, an interview, a home visit and a two-week trial. The cafe room has a curved built-in bench, cat stairs and high refuges for the cats, and a rescue cat named Komame serves as store manager. Visits are charged per 30 minutes, slightly more at weekends, with lower prices for children and a drink order required; part of the revenue goes to the cats' care. The menu is health-conscious, with raw sweets and raw chocolate made by the owner, who teaches them. Reservations are required, through LINE up to the day before or by phone on the day. There is parking for two cars, and the cafe is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
