Project Cat House is a cat room inside Dawn Coffee 271, a large cafe in the Borey Chip Mong Landmark 271 development in Mean Chey, south Phnom Penh. Dawn Coffee is an eco-minded cafe with coffee, matcha, croissants and light meals, board games and an upstairs work area, and the cat room sits on an upper floor. The resident cats include several pedigree and exotic breeds.
