Meow Meow x Toto
Meow Meow x Toto is a cat cafe on Monivong Boulevard in Boeung Trabek, Chamkar Mon, directly across from the entrance of the Royal University of Law and Economics. It is a branch of the local Toto drinks brand and serves the same menu of coffee, matcha, signature drinks, mochi, tiramisu and other cakes. Resident cats and kittens of several breeds share a play area with climbing shelves, hiding places and scratching posts beside the seating, and the kittens often settle on guests' laps. The space is large and air-conditioned, which makes it a common spot for remote work, and it draws families and students at weekends. Visitors order drinks at the counter and sit with the cats.
