Catera Cambodia is a rescue cat cafe on Street 456 in Tuol Tumpung, Chamkar Mon, close to the Russian Market. Opened in October 2022, it combines a cafe with street-cat rescue, trap-neuter-return work and adoption, and a share of its profits goes to that work. The cats are rescued Cambodian strays, many of them up for adoption once vaccinated; adopters arrange an interview with the team. The cats roam the ground floor, and there is extra air-conditioned seating upstairs. There is no entry fee or hourly charge; visitors buy drinks or food, and packets of cat treats are sold for feeding. Payment is in cash. The cafe also offers cat boarding and sells pet supplies, and it is used as a quiet place to work or study. It is open every day.
