Neko Cafe Manekineko
Neko Cafe Manekineko is a cat cafe on the third floor of the Aikensha Building in Nipponbashi, Chuo Ward, a short walk from Exits 6 and 7 of Nipponbashi Station. It opened in June 2024 in a narrow room reached by stairs. Around 14 cats live here, including Munchkins, a Norwegian Forest Cat, Minuets, an Exotic Shorthair, a Persian and an American Shorthair. Visits are sold in 30, 60, 90 and 120-minute sessions, with higher weekend rates, and a weekday free-time plan runs until 6 PM. Guests may bring their own drinks, and cat treats are sold at the cafe. There are no reservations, so seating is first come, first served, though private hire is available. Visitors must be at least 5 years old, socks are required, and payment is cash only. The cafe is closed on Thursdays.
