Neco Republic Tokyo Ochanomizu

Neco Republic Ochanomizu is a rescue cat cafe tucked into an office building near Kanda Myojin shrine at the Shimizuzaka-shita intersection in Bunkyo City, Tokyo. Step inside and the space unfolds like a private home, with a retro Showa-era interior reimagined in a modern, stylish way. The main attraction is a spacious tatami room where guests can relax alongside the resident cats, while a smaller tatami area doubles as a drink corner and quiet retreat for senior cats or those who prefer a calmer environment. A private room, available by reservation, is dedicated to the shelter's Ringo cats and makes a nice option for couples or small groups. Every cat on site is available for adoption through Neco Republic's ongoing mission to end cat euthanasia in Japan. Non-see-through socks are required and are sold on site.
