Merlix - The Cats Café is Liège's first cat cafe, located at Rue des Clarisses 50, 4000 Liège, Belgium, offering a cozy escape where guests can enjoy gourmet treats alongside adoptable feline companions. Launched in March 2018 by founders Camille and Antoine, the cafe features a chic, feline-friendly space with a double entry sas, climbing walls, and plush seating. The menu boasts organic teas and coffees, indulgent hot chocolates, healthy bowls (vegetarian or otherwise), Japanese pancakes, and smoothies, with a focus on quality, locally sourced ingredients.
