Meow Parlour is a cat café at 43 Essex Street in New York City, where visitors can spend time with adoptable cats from their nonprofit division, Meow Parlour Cats, Inc. It opened in December 2014 as NYC’s first cat café, founded by Christina Ha and Emilie Legrand, and has helped over 2,000 cats find homes since then.
