Opened in 2023 and originally part of the Kotiki i Lyudi project under the name Kotiki: Smena, it is home to more than 30 cats taken off the streets, and all of them are looking for new families. Visitors pay by the minute, with tea, coffee and treats included, and the cafe has several rooms with board games, books, a PlayStation, table football and a children's corner. A busy events programme includes book clubs, charity book quizzes, literary mafia games, craft workshops, live music and grooming demonstrations, with tickets sold separately. The cafe operated for years as Koteeshnaya No. 1 and passed to the Kotiki i Lyudi charity in early 2026. All of its cats are former strays waiting for adoption. It is a spacious cafe where visitors pay by the minute, with tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets included, and guests can bring their own food and soft drinks or have food delivered. Weekly events include Japanese ink painting workshops, an English conversation club and family evenings for children.
