Sanne Versteeg opened it in August 2017 with help from a crowdfunding campaign, making it the first cat cafe in Gelderland. Eight resident cats live there, among them Moes, the eldest, who has lived in the cafe since it opened, the siblings Nori and Maki, the adventurous Karel, the bold Spruit and the young brothers Beer and Loki. Besides the cafe room there is an inner garden, and in summer some of the cats climb the tree there. The kitchen serves lunch, coffee and homemade cakes, with many vegan and vegetarian dishes, plus high tea. No reservation is needed for an ordinary visit, but high tea must be booked at least 24 hours ahead by WhatsApp or email. On days above 30 degrees the cafe closes early for the cats.

The menu covers breakfast, lunch, cakes, an extensive coffee and tea list and high teas, and a gift shop called the Katdoshop sells cat-themed items. Reservations are recommended but not required. Cats may not be picked up, held, woken or fed, and play is only allowed when a cat shows interest. Children are admitted from age four; at most four children aged 4 to 12 are allowed in at once, and those under eight must be supervised at all times.

Opened in 2021, it is run as part of the farm's day programme by participants who love cats, with volunteers. Ten resident cats live in its indoor and outdoor rooms, from the elderly Simba and Kofu to the young brothers Gijs and Gert. Guests drink coffee they grind themselves or tea picked in the farm's tea garden, and can book a two-hour cat-themed high tea called the kittentafel. Hands are disinfected on entry and exit, cats are not picked up, woken or fed, and photos are taken without flash. Children are admitted from age six, accompanied by a parent, with at most two children inside at a time. Visitors can also walk around the farm and its animals.

Jessica van der Horst opened it on 4 July 2026 after visiting cat cafes in South Korea. Seven resident cats live in the cafe, including Roxy, Bandit, Junior, Prince, Skye and the sisters Lucy and Lily; some came from Dierenasiel Tiel and the Superkatten rescue, others from local litters, and all were chosen for being sociable and calm around children. There is no entry fee: guests order coffee, tea, cake, sandwiches, wraps, soup or toasties, and a high tea or high wine is served on reservation. A double entrance keeps the cats inside. Cats may not be picked up or given human food, and sleeping cats are left alone. The cafe has a children's corner and books, and may close early on quiet days.

The menu covers coffee, sandwiches, salads, panini and homemade cakes. The cafe opened in 2018 and has been under new owners since 2025. It is closed on Mondays.
