Hogo Neko Cafe Kanon

Hogo Neko Cafe Kanon is a rescue cat cafe on the ground floor of a house in a residential part of Kaijin, Funabashi, about five minutes on foot from Keisei Kaijin Station. It opened in June 2025, run by the team behind the former Totonomori rescue cat cafe in Narashinodai. The space is split into Cafe Kanon, which serves curry, desserts, coffee and alcohol, and Kanon no Mori, a room where visitors spend time with a small group of rescued cats. Time in the cat room is charged per 30 or 60 minutes, with a surcharge on weekends and holidays, and booking ahead is preferred while cafe-only visits need no reservation. Children under two are not admitted. It closes for a midday break so the cats can rest, and on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Adoption enquiries are handled by the partner shelter, Feline Totonomori.
