Frisky Kitty Cat Cafe is a coffee shop and cat lounge on East Main Street in Fredericksburg, in the Texas Hill Country. Owner April Laird opened it on May 23, 2026, and runs it with her daughter as her business partner. The cats come from local Hill Country rescues, which also provide their veterinary care, and they are available for adoption. The cat room is enclosed in glass and kept separate from the coffee bar, so you can order a coffee or tea and watch the cats before heading in to meet them. Nothing is cooked on site; cookies and other baked goods come from local bakeries. There is also a gift shop with cat-themed merchandise. It is open Monday to Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM, and there is free parking in the lot and on the street.
