Up to six people can be in the cat room at once, socks are required, and children must be at least five, with elementary school children and younger accompanied by an adult. The adjoining cafe serves lunch plates such as fried chicken and pasta, scones and drinks, and guests with allergies can watch the cats through a window from there. The cafe is open every day except Wednesday, with lunch orders until 2:30 PM.

The ground-floor cafe, separated from the cats by glass, is open to everyone, including visitors with cat allergies, and serves French toast, cake sets and drinks, along with cat-themed goods. It closes on Thursdays and Fridays, with occasional extra closures.
