The rescue cats live in the cafe, and visitors can meet them with a view to adoption or simply spend time with them. The cafe serves hot chocolate, coffee, toasties and cakes, sells pre-loved items, and is the collection point for the rescue's pet food bank. Guests must read the house rules before booking, and staff hand out treats and toys and explain each cat's favourite games. The cafe serves coffee, iced drinks, tea in small pots, waffles, homemade cakes and desserts. It is accessible by ramp for wheelchair users.
