Cat Cafe Gurugurudo Umeda
Cat Cafe Gurugurudo Umeda is the Nakazakicho branch of the Gurugurudo cat cafes, set in a renovated private house about 3 minutes on foot from Nakazakicho Station and 5 minutes from Umeda. The interior has an ethnic, relaxed feel, and the cats come from specialist breeders rather than rescues. Visits are charged per hour and include a cat treat, and on weekdays there is an unlimited-time plan with a cheaper rate after 5 PM. Couples and groups of women get small extras such as extended time. Ordering a drink is optional, and visitors may bring their own drinks in lidded containers. The cafe is open every day except over the New Year holidays and on occasional days when the cats' health requires a closure. It is separate from the Nishishinsaibashi branch.
