Cat Cafe Florence is a cat cafe in Hanahata in northern Adachi City, about 11 minutes by Tobu bus from Takenotsuka Station. It is run by Yobal Co., which also operates a dog cafe of the same name nearby, and its friendly cats are trained as therapy animals that also visit care homes, schools and patients' homes. Most of the cats are large or long-haired breeds. The cafe also breeds kittens and sells them, including Ragdolls, Siberians and Minuets, and the parent cats can be seen in the shop. Visits can be booked in 30-minute slots or taken as walk-ins charged per 15 minutes with automatic extension, with a child rate from age four and free drinks included. Babies and children are welcome when accompanied by a guardian. The cafe is closed on Wednesdays.
